Processing Time
Processing (the time needed to prepare your order) takes 3–5 business days.
Note: Weekends and holidays are excluded.

- United States: Packages typically deliver within 3–5 business days via USPS First Class.
- International: Shipping usually takes 1–3 weeks.Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Refund & Exchange Policy
- No Refunds: Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
- Exchanges Only: Exchanges are accepted only if the item arrives broken or damaged.
- Exchange Window: Requests must be made within 30 business days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Custom & Preorder Items
- Custom/preorder items typically require 1–5 weeks for production. Occasionally get random influxes of orders that can slow down our processing time.
- Orders containing multiple custom items may take longer due to the use of different manufacturers.
- All items in your custom order must be received together before the complete order can be shipped.
